Abraham
“And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.”— Genesis 15:6 · KJV 1611
Book 1 of 48. God spoke to one brown-skin man in the land of Ur — and he obeyed. No map, no destination, only the word of God and a first step that changed the world forever.

Sarah
“Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well.”— 1 Peter 3:6 · KJV 1611
The companion to Abraham begins here. Sarah left Ur at his side, waited a lifetime for the child of promise, and laughed when God turned the impossible into Isaac. Scripture holds up her faith and quiet reverence as the pattern for every daughter who trusts God.

Founded for the Chosen Seed to meet their historical heroes who look like them.
Twelve Scents Publishing exists because the Bible heroes were brown-skinned men and women—and for too long, our children have not seen them as they were. We did not set out to offer representation. We set out to restore the Record. The 1611 King James Bible stands as our foundation. Every hero in this series is drawn from its pages, depicted according to the lands they walked and the lineage they carried. We publish for the diaspora because the diaspora carries the seed.
Each book is crafted to build character: courage, obedience, faith, forgiveness. We write for brown children because brown children deserve to meet Abraham, Moses, David, and Deborah as they were—heroes who looked like them, obeyed a God who called them, and left a legacy that endures. The shelves were empty. We are filling it with the truth!
